Amplifi Academy ("Amplifi", "we", "us", "our") is a sole-trader training and advisory practice based in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this notice.

This notice covers personal data collected through amplifiacademy.com, our lead-magnet forms, workshop bookings, and email correspondence. It is written to comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

• Toolkit sign-ups: your email address, and where provided, your name and organisation.
• Consent records: the fact that you ticked the consent box, plus a timestamp, held in our email inbox and your browser's local storage.
• Correspondence: emails you send us and our replies.
• Workshop attendees: name, email, organisation, role and any dietary or access needs you share.
• Technical data: standard server logs from our hosting provider (IP address, browser type, pages visited). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

• To send you the toolkit and related updates — lawful basis: your consent (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw consent at any time.
• To deliver workshops and services you have booked — lawful basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To answer enquiries and run our business — lawful basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) in responding to people who contact us and maintaining basic records.
• To meet tax, accounting and legal duties — lawful basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run Amplifi:

• Google Workspace — email hosting for steph@amplifiacademy.com.
• FormSubmit — relays form submissions from the site to our inbox.
• Lovable — website hosting and content delivery.
• Blotato (planned) — email marketing platform for sending the toolkit and updates once you have opted in.
• Accountants and professional advisers where required.

Some providers may process data outside the UK (for example in the EU or US). Where they do, we rely on the UK's adequacy decisions or the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your data.

• Toolkit sign-ups and marketing consent: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your record, and for up to 24 months of inactivity after that.
• Enquiry emails: up to 24 months after our last exchange.
• Workshop and client records: for 6 years after the end of our engagement to meet UK tax and accounting requirements.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. When you submit the toolkit form your browser stores a small flag in localStorage so you don't have to fill the form again. You can clear this at any time from your browser settings.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• ask us to correct inaccurate data;
• ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten");
• ask us to restrict or object to processing;
• ask us to transfer your data to another provider (data portability);
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or by calling 0303 123 1113.

We use reputable providers with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls on our accounts. No online service can be guaranteed 100% secure; we take proportionate technical and organisational measures for a small independent practice.

We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on the site. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version.
